Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Oky bet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus funds must be subject to the applicable wagering requirements as set out in the relevant bonus terms. Oky bet will not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for the original deposit, except where the original method is no longer available, in which case alternative arrangements will be made at oky bet's discretion.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and oky bet, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
